I looked up nutrition services on my insurance plan and instead of MD showing up after each individual's name, it says RD. What does RD mean?

From what I learned in college-that was long ago, -but it used to mean registered dietician. I took a nutrician class in college. I am a massage therapist now, and have had 1,000 hrs. of schooling in massage. I hope that what answer I gave you will be confirmed by others.
