Quicker treatments or ways to prevent further rash spreading on the parvovirus?

I think i have this disease tho i havent been diagnosed with it yet. It's all rashy on my arms and legs mostly, but some on my back and chest. And yes, its VERY ITCHY!!!!! I've been sleepless the past few nights and waking up with sweats! I know the virus just needs to just run its course, but is there anything i can do to speed up the healing process? Is it gonna make it any worse if i exercise like i normally do, or mow the yard? Thanks... you can email me at kyleguyette@yahoo.com
