Quick weight loss tips?

Do you have some safe quick weight loss tips?

I need to fit into my wedding dress in 3 weeks time, right now it's not looking too good.

Any ideas, nothing too radical, I would like some safe healthy suggestions.

You can get a lot done in 3 weeks and as per usual eating healthy and exercise are the answer.

 

For advice from one of the best fat loss programs I suggest you visit quick weight loss for idiots .

 

Some quick weight loss tips that I can suggest are:

 

  • Eat smaller meals more often - 5 meals a day. Include a lot of fiber, whole grains, fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds in your diet.
  • Eat Breakfast! or you will slow your metabolism - your body is clever, it gets used to not being fed at a certain time. And breakfast is extremely important.
  • Low fat foods ( a multi billion dollar industry) are marketing based - a gimmick. Rather eat healthy organic natural unprocessed products.
  • Avoid most low carb diets - there's some dangerous low carb diets being circulated. Reduce your carb intake to a natural level by all means, but don't starve your body of essential carbohydrates that your body desperately needs to function (especially if you have a rigorous training regime)
  • Water, water, the more the better. Water cleanses, and helps all your organs to function better. Water and green tea (if you can stomach it) can boost your "metabolism".

 

Concentrate on full body workouts - routines that divide the workload between all the muscle groups will burn the most calories by sharing the work - makes sense. Another reason why swimming is an excellent exercise.

The best quick weight loss tips I can give are :

- Dieting is a mental challenge, strengthen your will power and you will succeed.

- Eat and drink lots between meals , fruit vegetables and water

- Avoid high sugar foods: sodas, cookies, shakes etc. Saturated fats (red meat), hydrogenated oils, and simple carbohydrates (no more white bread).

- Drink more water, your body needs it to function properly.

- Eat more often, but smaller portions, your body will get used to having a constant food supply and will therefore release stored fat and increase metabolism.

- Exercise not only burns calories but also releases endorphins which radically reduces stress, combats depression (often present with dieters) and anxiety, and increases general well being.

drink a large glass of water in the morning to push out food from previous night or day

eat more nuts - almonds, and walnuts

cut out the red meat - eat chicken and fish (not fried)

allot some time to walk each day for 15 minutes

sit-ups in the morning (before breakfast) or weight resistance to lose body fat, not energy.

 

This way you wil not need smart liposuction or lapband. Obesity is taking over and surgeons are getting concerned. I just read this . Be a part of the solution and send this to others a well.

If you need to lose 10lbs quick, I recommend going on the 3 day diet. It's a fad diet, but if you follow it exactly for the 3 days you WILL lose weight. I've done it and can verify that it is possible to lose 10lbs in just 3 days. But this is a quick fix, not permanent weight loss.

As was already mentioned, drinking more water well help you lose weight too. It's amazing how this one simple thing is overlooked by so many people that are trying to diet.

If you plan on restricting your calorie intake for the next few days, chew some gum to keep your food cravings at bay.

no sugar or sweets of any kind, no bread, rolls, pasta or rice, no chips or salty foods

no dairy products other than skim milk, low fat cottage cheese or low fat yogurt

drink lots of water and tea

take very mild laxative   twice during first week ( first day and 4 days later) 

eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and fish
