All I want for Christmas is you....

There are many things that you can make quickly that are not very expensive.  Whole wheat pasta is healthy, kids love spaghetti, and it's incredibly easy for you.  You can get red sauce, white sauce, etc... and eat it with the pasta.  I wouldn't say all the time, but kids also long macaroni and cheese.  It's not that healthy, but it's tasty and fast.  Also, pre-made soup is a good one.  I hope this helps.

Eggs: omllette, spanich ommlete (with sauteed vegtables), sunny side up. etc.; fried bread a.k.a french toast, rice and beans (canned beans: baked beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans)

I am going to school so I like to make things in the crock pot like a stew or soup so it is ready when I get home. I have also found that it is easy to make chili soup and many others soups by mixing a few cans of tomatos, vegtables, beans, and seasonings together and meat if you desire. Also on the weekend I might make a big batch of something and freeze part of it for the next week like lasagna.

chicken noodle or tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwiches cut in to triangle( because they're fun!), with pudding or fruit for dessert.
