Thanks HobokenMike, I am sure I am making it harder than it really is. I need to get out of my head sometimes because my mind gets sluggish. I joined this group because it sounded like something that I needed at the time. I will give it a try.
Also, it is a new website. There are only 500+ members so far. I am feeling my way around there and meeting new people. I suppose my biggest fear was being able to understand what it is all about and being able to contribute. I actually do need to find a new level of consciousness in understanding myself and when I do, I hope to help others. Presently I am learning more about myself because I am bipolar. I hope to shed some light on how this affects my intellect, but also my moods. My moods are fickle. Knowing this gives me a chance to share my struggles with fellow "strugglers". Anyway, thanks for the help.
