1. No. The main symptom of miscarriage is bleeding.

2. It might take even a few weeks, due to hormone changes that your body has to adapt to.

3. Usually there's no pain involved, only bleeding, but if you have subchorionic bleeding it doesn't necessarily mean that you had a miscarriage.

 I truly think that's an issue you should discuss with your doctor about, especially on your fear from future miscarriages.
