Questioning-whatever-I-am

I'm so confused trying to answer the question of whether or not God exists for myself. I can't logically answer that and need some help coming to peace with that uncertainty. Can you help me?

Hi Nathan! WOW, it looks like you're touching a lot of people. Finding your way to God is the most incredable thing isn't it?! A true blessing!  Tippy is a beautiful person for guiding you the way that she has. I am so happy to know her too.

Yes, you did hear a word from God!  It's Jesus speaking.. you can find this written in the book of Matthew 7:7 "Ask and it will be given to you, seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened for you."  Girl mentioned Luke 11:9 too, you should see it for yourself!!

You can find similure verses in the Old Testament.. Deuteromomy 4:28,29  reads; "There you will worship man-made gods of wood and stone, which cannot see or hear or eat or smell. 29, But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find Him if you look for Him with all your heart and with all your soul."

1 Chronicals 28:9.. "And you, my son Solomon, 'Nathan' acknowledge the God of your father, and serve Him with whole hearted devotion and with a willing mind, for the Lord searches every heart and understands every motive behind the thoughts. If you seek Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him, He will reject you forever."  (I am sure to forsake Him means to not trust, or believe in Him).

Pretty amazing huh? God will continually give you words of wisdom and incouragement through out your life, as long as you keep out interference and ask him in.  I like to think of my body and my mind as a house for the Lord to live in with me, and I always want Him to be comfortable.

I'm curious about the Web Site you found. When you get a chance can you give me that information?? I'd love to look at it myself!

Till next time... God bless you Nathan!!!  Smile  Hey, you can change your Yedda name. Just go to your -home page-  Take care!

Be Blessed.

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity (Love), I am become as a sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vauneth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seekth not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth.

And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is (Love) charity.

Hi Nathan,

I am so happy for you! I replied to you last night but after I had written my response to your good news, my lights went out. I am in Florida and we are in the middle of Tropical Storm Fay. I am currently at my daughter's house because we have had massive flooding here in Florida. God is still good! It could have been much worst.

You asked me a question concerning if the feeling you have right now will go away? The Lord will never leave you because he has placed his spirit on the inside of you. There will be times when you cannot feel him or think that he is not there but he's always there. At other times you will not be able to contain your joy. Isn't it wonderful to know that you have a God that you can feel?

Being saved doesn't garantee you that everyday will be a bucket of roses, but our heavenly father has said he will never leave us nor forsake us. There will be times when the devil will use every trick in the book to get you to turn back. He even uses our loved ones (i.e. wife, children, other relatives) to be a distraction at times. When these things occur just tell satan he is a liar, and to go back to the pits of hell from whence he came.

There are a lot of people attending church these days just for entertainment. They have never confessed their sins nor have they called on the Lord to save them. You made the right choice because if you lay down tonight you can rest assured that if it were your last time, you would definety be a citzen of God's kingdom; That in itself is reassuring.

I would like to suggest one thing if I may. Find some kind of work to do in the church (i.e choir, bible study group, outreach ministry ect....). There is an old saying that an idle mind is the devil's workshop. Make sure that you study the word of God so that you will have the equipment that you need to stand against the powers of darkness. Pray and talk with your father daily. This builds a close relationship between you and your father.

Also being saved doesn't mean that you will never commit another sin, but if you do, please ask the father to forgive you and he will. The idea though, is to live as much of a sin free life as you can and let God work on you everyday, to fix those things that need fixing. We will never be perfect until he comes back for us, so strive to do good, remembering that you may make a mistake. He loves us through our mistakes because he understands that we are imperfect beings.

I look forward to seeing you in heaven one day. Welcome to the family of Christ!

PS. Sounds like the holy spirit is already at work in you. You are reciting scripture without even reading it yet. It seems like you have more than one gift. Wow, I bet you didn't know all of that was in you.

Be Blessed.

I wish that you could see my blog on www.xanga.com. They had a question that I could write about if I didn't have anything else to write about. It was "What do I think happens to us when we die?" That question not only got me to start preaching with my answer but also caused me to write two more blogs based on certain details that I hinted at in that answer. One was the arguments that brought me to God and the other was a very terrifying discription of your first day in Hell and a peaceful discription of your first day in Heaven (a much longer discription). As far as Scripture is concerned and the things that the world needs to hear...God has deffinately given me the "Madas Touch". Very humbling to be given that much information all at once without even asking for it. So, what can I do with that information??? Do what Jesus said: "Whatsoever I whisper in your ear...shout from the rooftop". I'm interested to see how many gifts God plans on giving to me to use to rescue as many people from the clutches of Satan as possible.

I was up until 7:00 A.M. this morning writing in my blog on www.xanga.com everything that God was whispering in my ear. I know it had to be from Him because of the fact that one of the posts contains a discription of a person's first day in Hell starting with their first sensation (feeling the heat...heat so hot that it hurts worse that any pain they ever experienced in their life on Earth). Got another quote that I'm not sure if you've ever heard it before but it's one that God told me this morning and has stuck with me all day (even after I got a couple of hours of sleep...literally 2 hours). The quote is: "Whatsoever I whisper in your ear....shout it from the rooftop".

Tippy--

I can't believe that you mentioned outreach at church. I can't believe it because of the fact that ever since Jessica (my fiance) and I have been going to our church (even when I was Agnostic) we have been part of the Outreach Team that goes out to talk with and feed the homeless here in Macon, Georgia. The fact that you suggest that I get into doing something that we already do and love doing gave me cold chills (in a good way). That just means that I've been doing God's will even while searching for Him. That also means that doing His will...will be easy for me because that is my sole desire in this life. Everything else in my life that I'm doing is just "gravy". Let me give you my email address because I'd like to keep in touch. I'd like for us to talk without the whole world seeing it (not that it's bad that they see it, but, I like to talk to my friends privetly about things close to my heart...that's all). My email address is: nathancameronm@aol.com. I do call you a friend Tippy and hope that you feel the same about me.

Hi Nathan,

You are definitely a friend, in fact you are my brother in Christ. I am so happy for you. God was just waiting for you to seek him out because he had plenty of work for you to do. Do you know that the Apostle Paul started out persecuting the church but ended up as one of God's best witnesses. He even wrote most of the books of the new testaments.

I could tell that you had special gifts when you started mentioning certain things that you had been experiencing. The discerment of evil, The holy spirit wispering scripture to you before you ever had a chance to read it, and I may be crazy but if I was a betting woman, which I am not, but if I was, I would bet that 1 year from now you will be ministering to God's people.

Nathan if you need anything, anything at all , please contact me at my personal E-mail address. If I don't know the answer, I will get it for you.

You may want to talk to the pastor that you mentioned in  an earlier communication and see if he can mentor you. You may need someone to help you to get your gifts under control. They seem to be coming fast and you need someone with first hand knowledge of God's calling to help you to harvest them.

My E-mail address is fnalstrk1@aol.com.

Be blessed and I hope all goes well with your ministry.
