The reason I asked this question is because it's recommended that Sermorelin be injected at bedtime, since the production of HGH that it stimulates occurs during deep sleep, stages 3 and 4, just before REM sleep. I was wondering how long it would take Sermorelin to reach the pituitary gland and begin to stimulate HGH production after it was injected. I started injecting Sermorelin 4 days ago, and have experienced no adverse effects. I'm also wondering how quickly the effects of the increased HGH production that Sermorelin stimulates might be felt. Thanks again for your answer.
