Qualifications for emotional abuse/harassment at work place

 

I have recently left a job for what I feel has been emotional abuse and supervisor harassment.  Do I need any supporting evidence to qualify for unemployment benefits and what substantiates emotional abuse or harassment?

It is possible that I am swimming against the tide currently at my work, including emotional abuse, etc. But I do not want to stop working, because I gave so much to create the functional office there, put my heart and soul into it. Now, I am not-wanted, and I experience humiliation, harassment on daily basis. I want to fight back. I have to. Otherwise, other people will suffer there for many years.
