Qualification

Luis, dear soul, with a MISDEMEANOR dui or dwi on your record, your local police department will be the ruling authority based on local jurisdiction, county ordnance, and city ordnance.  State laws vary on misdemeanor wui/dwi citations but if you have a FELONY dui/dwi, forget it.

Misdemeanor dui/dwi citations leave you a small chance at concealed carry.  You definitely will need an attorney, probably will have to appear in court, no other dui/dwi convictions, and in many cases, you must show over a year's residency.

Any way you look at it, communists have ruined life here for everyone.  Dealing with those paranoids can be just plain disagreeable, especially considering the quiet malice that any psychologist will have against you as a person who thinks his life is worth defending.
