Quake Lakes

Are there any quake lakes in the Unites States, and if yes, where are they located?

As far as I know (as an Archaeologist) there is one Quake Lake in the US. Also known as Earthquake Lake which is in southwestern Montana mostly within Gallatin National Forest.  It was created after a massive earthquake which measured 7.5 on the Richter scale, struck on August 17, 1959. Today, Quake Lake is 190 feet (58 m) deep and six miles (10 km) long. An area of about 38,000 acres.  I am not aware of others in the US, possibly in Yellowstone, but that is under debate.
