Quad-Core vs. Dual-Core benchmarks

How much faster is quad-core E5320 vs. dual-core 5120 ? (the app running will be VMWare ESX) ? any extensive benchmark data on the proliferation of CPUs will be appreciated.

Please start at page 1 ( I sent you the link in page 3 , where you have the table)

pages 6 and up show three models (not exactly yours but dual core VS Quad-core) tests
