After a judge has signed a QDRO and it is sent to the county clerk to file how long do they usually take. The court clerk here in NY has had mine signed by the judge 3 weeks ago and they still have not filed it.
If your talking about a divorce I can only say after talking to my divorced friends whom i have many, not being divorced myself that it took them 2 months or longer. I myself am going on my 29th wedding Anniversary. But all of our friends are divorced and I do mean ALL of them. It took them all 2 months and the ones with children 6 months i think if they contested visitation rights. So i would say you got a little wait, not much longer. You can check with the clerk but i don't think you got much longer.
