Purina supports illegal business

I want to know why Purina supports illegal business. Their dealer in St. James City Florida (Pine Island Feed and Garden Center) is an illegal business. These people took a pole barn, enclosed it and called it a store. They have no licensing, are not zoned and never pulled permits to enclose the pole barn. How can Purina support this illegal business? With It's hard enough for legal business to stay open, why would they support an illegal one. Shame on you Purina
