I'm unsure of a specific place in Houston to purchase the Montauk daisy; however, you can buy them online at Lazy S Farm. Their website is:

Thanks for the response, I have found a place in Houston, "A Place in Time" in the Heights, has a nursery they deal with that supplies them with this plant, however, I probably won't be able to get them until the fall, which is just fine.

Laughing  I did find a local nursery that gets Montauk Daisy's, but they probably won't get any until the fall.
