Being a puppy. It's just like most kids , they explore their limits, but in doing so, there is no worst or best. They are just exploring and learning. Help them; don't punish them. What was the worst thing you did when you were under a year old? The question has no meaning, because you had nmo mintention to do good things or bad things. You didn't know enough to distinguish the two. Focus on loving your puppy; and being the best parent you can be. That takes patience, and discipline on your part. I had a puppy that I trained to go to the bathroom outside, and did it in two-24 hours a day. Every hour I'd gert up, and take him outside. If he wasn't interested in anything but exploring, we went back inside. If he relieved himself, I would praise him, and immediately we would go bsacfk inside. I lost a lot of sleep, but he loved the attention and praise he got by following this regime. All he wanted to know was what to do when he got the urge. And we were both happier when he understood; and enjoyed sleeping longer, and going out less. So did I.
