What type of work can I get with a masters in Psychology? The PHd programs are so competitive to get into, and I'm trying to look into other options. I just want to be able to help people. Any recommendations?
If your masters is any sort of clinical psychology, and you have completed your supervision demands, you can work anywhere as a proper clinical psychologist.
A PhD is of no advantage in being allowed to start working as a clinical psychologist.

If not focused on clinical psychology, there is always teaching. Community college level or even high schools offer psychology courses. Group homes, therapeutic facilities, detention centers, etc. You could even go into the cooperate world in their human resources areas. They are always looking for more efficient (and cheaper) ways to keep up employee morale. If you have no work experience, you might have to settle for something that is not exactly what you were looking for until you can get the experience necessary to do what you want. Keep you eyes and mind open. You would be surprised the opportunities that will come your way.
Live life to the fullest.
