Is he worried? If he's not, why should you be?

If his habits do not interrupt his life or cause any harm to him (or to others) then there is no need to stick a label on him categorizing him as having some sort of psychological disorder.

Actual psychological disorders are not that common.

I realize it may once again be in to be in therapy or to have symptoms of some sort of psychological disorder (OCD, ADHD and the like) but for heaven's sake, your friend sounds perfectly normal to me; just perhaps slightly high strung.

If HE is worried, suggest he make an appointment with his physician for a check-up and tell him to discuss the symptoms that concern him with his doctor.

If YOU are the one who's worried, how about minding your own business and looking after your own disorder - armchair psychologist (aka sticking your nose into someone else's business).
