Protection from abuse order in huntsville alabama

what are the penalties for violating a pfa order? for the person who it is against as well as the person who got it? the person who got it has been in violation of it since the day the got it and im wondering if there is any penalty for them like there woule be for me if i were to violate. if there is a penalty for that person how would i go about having it enforced? what would the violation against me be? when we go to court for it will it be exhonorated due to the fact they have not been in compliance since day one?

Only if you have a documented paper trail of reports made then they can be used in court. As you report it to the proper law enforcement agencies each time so you can use them against them.
