I am very concerned since the secret service allowed a jouranalist to throw two shoes at Pres. Bush before they responded. I just hope there is a sheild between Pres.elect Obama any the fanatics we have in the world. President Obama has to concern himself with the Racist in the US and the Terrorist from abroad. I pray for his safety daily.

Payback serves no useful purpose, really.

No! The so-called "Secret Service"Cool has never stopped an attempt on any person under their "care" in its' history. If someone wants BHOLaughing dead,  he is dead. Even an amature shooter could do the job. The whole idea is just so much what-if worrying. I just hope the right-wing nuts in this country don't try a coup before he gets in. Besides, Joe BidenWink is just as qaulified as BHO, if not more so. EvW, retired Marine.

I have no faith in the federal government at any level. There are simply to many people who want to see Barrack Obama dead. The GOP, the neo-Nazis, the KKK and ever sort race baiter that the United States produces.

George W Bush with help of Shane Hannity on Fox News ranted about the moral high ground where America stands. The war in Iraq was and is a lie, and just about every word the comes out of Washington DC is a lie of one sort or another.

The US congress is as corrupt as any legislative body in any third world country on any continent. They along with the special interest in banking and on Wall Street have all but destroyed this country . Any attempt to cure the ills of this country will met with resistantance in every form. This and being multiracal make Barrack Obama a target for a laundry list of people and groups.

Per OneManArmy: Re: Security of Barrack Obama on Inauguration.

I dont think security is tight because Obama is black. Whats with this racist card? he got threats by black people too?

Actually, Obama did not score highly in the black community: most of us are Republican, after we saw what Democrats like Carter and Clinton did to our hopes of a decent life.

Booze flowed the night of November 4. White racists celebrated that they had a black puppet about to carry out their racist agenda, and we blacks huddled together, thinking about the bad things to come.

We, as a race and as a voting citizenry, did brilliantly under Reagan, and both Bush's. They ended the snarky little federal regulations that Carter and Clinton put in the government to keep the black man down. Since nothing has changed in the democrat racist agenda, then we see Obama as yet another ditty trick. Georgia and Arkansas are under the near-absolute control of the KKK. Their failed governors are no exception, and they know every dirty trick in the book to carry out black genocide.

It is only a matter of time until the latest shabby, low-down trick causes us all to suffer.

We blacks have suffered too many lynchings not to take moves like this with all due seriousness, and we remain duly sensitive to the little cues that tell the actual case.

It is a survival essential.

He has surrounded himself with his personal enemies. Just like old Abe he has placed far too many fouls around him. You can not address change by using such harmful elements of correction. You could cause yourself to be subjected to far more than a shoe fitting size 10 George. You know your company better than they know you, but what you think is behind you is sadley not. With a incoming cabinet that has never address the concerns of struggling world poverty issues. You probably should have left this one to me, I was global monarchy prepared for the leading role. I am the only honest John available, ask George he has never had a small issue with my aid. He just can not understand how advanced I became at such a young age. International understanding I supported the primary reason for war in Iraq, which had nothing to do with towers or Bush. I can not keep protecting your ass for free. King Curtis Hayward. It was a matter of World Security from an International stand point, that is the primary reason for leaving out the Unions. They were already too corrupt, failing at even protecting the American children. Then war is the element and not the solution.

I have very little faith on the Secret Service ability to protect the new President. The Neo Nazi group is one who has a great hatred against blacks and they have a poor record for protecting past Presidents. In a nut shell I have NO faith in the secret service.

President elect Obama's security team has a job in which they have never faced at this level ever. Today I witnessed two shoes being thrown at current president Bush. The second shoe should have never ever had a chance to  be thrown, security should have smothered the reporter or anyone else by the time the first shoe hit the floor the reporter should have been hitting the floor. I'm very concerned about Obama's safety. He need someone as head over his individual team that he trust with his life that is professional and has cat reflexes that's  willing to die to protect him with total disregard for his own life.

Per Eugen Von Westphalen:

"The so-called "Secret Service" has never stopped an attempt on any person under their "care" in its' history. If someone wants BHO dead, he is dead. Even an amateur shooter could do the job . . .."

I hate to say it, but the Secret Service really does protect dignitaries, by means most people would consider extreme. However, as in the case of Bill Clinton, some lunatic with an old AK-47 was able to send bullets through the allegedly ballistic-rated glass of Clinton's office.

The so-called sniper was arrested after several hours -- with rifle in hand, driving around DC in a cab.

If a professional, seasoned, stealthy, disciplined sniper tried that, he would have drilled Clinton with one round. The construction of sniper projectiles is classified Secret. Trust me, snipers know how to make them under the worst conditions.

That is only one of the thousands of "expedient" and "improvised" munitions that exist. If a sniper wants a person dead, he had best make out his will and select his executor.
