Here are my shared tips.. The “sunshine vitamin” has a protective effect against cancer in several ways, including:

• Increasing the self-destruction of mutated cells (which, if allowed to replicate, could lead to cancer)
• Reducing the spread and reproduction of cancer cells
• Causing cells to become differentiated (cancer cells often lack differentiation)
• Reducing the growth of new blood vessels from pre-existing ones, which is a step in the transition of dormant tumors turning cancerous

There are documented reports that cancer has been diminished by using H2O2 therapy. If you search you can find it.
Also, Madison Cavanaugh, in her book, "The One Minute Cure For All Diseases "One Minute Cure For All Diseases " shows this proof with several documented references.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in American men. Approximately 200,000 new cases are diagnosed every year and there are approximately 31,000 deaths from the disease annually.

Making dietary changes and exercising on a regular basis may slow the progress of prostate cancer.

Studies from around the world suggest that staying within a healthy weight range and eating more plant-based foods and fewer animal products can possibly delay or prevent the development of prostate cancer.

Evidence is mounting that foods rich in vitamin E and the mineral selenium may dramatically decrease both the incidence of prostate cancer and the risk of dying from it.

Men who take those nutritional supplements in certain doses actually suffer less prostate cancer and a lower mortality rate due to prostate cancer.

Researchers recommend that men increase their intake of these vitamins and minerals through whole foods. Seafood, meat and Brazil nuts are good selenium sources, while vegetable oils, sweet potatoes, avocados, and nuts are rich in vitamin E.

Men who consume higher levels of lycopene, a nutrient found in most tomato products, have also been shown to have a lower risk of prostate cancer.

I just got this from www.prostatedisease.org but I hope it helps just the same:

  • Try swimming, flexibility exercises, or other activities with smooth motions if your doctor says that you can exercise.
  • Ask your doctor about Kegel exercises if you have urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy. These exercises involve contracting and releasing the pelvic muscles to help with urinary continence.
  • Read about prostate cancer . Some men find that reading about their health problems helps them feel more in control.
  • Get help around the house . Ask friends or family to help with cleaning, lawn work, etc. Or hire a cleaning service to come to your house during difficult periods.
  • Eat a good diet during your treatment and recovery . Ask your doctor or a registered dietician for tips and guidelines.

Research has shown that having a healthy, active sex life can help prevent prostrate cancer. Though it is thought that it is not the actual sex act but the stimulation and messaging of the prostrate during sex. As such, regularly and frequently practicing Kegel exercise (flexing and relaxing your pc muscle) can help as well since this messages the prostrate.
