What to do when you have evidence of a crime and the prosecuter wont prosecute? My daughter absent father went on pc and got a copy of her credit report by claiming he was her and obtained it illegally without permission she is over 18 i brought all the evidence to prosecuter but he wont prosecute i reported this to the ftc and fbi internet crimes and made police reports i have the papers he sent to his lawyer which accidently sent them to mine and thats how we found out he had done this i sent all evidence and the prosecutere wont do anything and wont even give me answer why except he to bust for this small crime basically..What do i do next god knows what her father can do with that info
