can you guide me in the process of what and where i can find information in order to properly file a motion to withdraw a(my) plea(court system)? i was emotionally compramised because 7 days before the plea the grampa i lived with, for a year' and was in his presence just about 24-7 a week...he died...after 35 days of the plea bargin i realized that i was not intellectually thinking, and in speaking to friends they informed me that i can withdraw my plea so now i'm set for a court date to support my motion with facts of leagalities that support my "not understanding"(at the time), i miss him so much, can you help me find information so that my motion is through, because i am innocent of the crime of vandalizum

Contact your attorney and have him go to court and do so as you cannot do it alone. One mistake in filling out the fourms and you loose. Have your attorney do it for you is the best advice i can give you.
