I am having the same problem.  I have emailed them, used their customer service since October to cancel my membership with no response.  I have contacted my credit card company who is investigating, plus the BBB.  I think my next step is to contact the police in Cape Coral Florida to investigate.

I too have had nothing but problems!  I "joined" in October only to immediately start having problems.  I've tried ever way I can think of including PayPal to contact them to get a refund ... NOTHING!
