A:

My good friend's mom has really low blood pressure. We have had to drive her to the hospital a couple times because she gets really light headed or dizzy and once she even fainted while she was cooking in the kitchen! I know that initially they had thought that it was caused by a combination of a medication that she used to take (that she no longer takes) and dehydration, but i'm not completely sure of the details of her diagnosis. I have only noted that she is constantly drinking water and has changed patterns in her diet to eat more healthy. Do you have any suggestions that perhaps I could pass on to her? As far as I know, she has not fainted since the last time we took her to the hospital which is great but I'm sure she would appreciate any advice. Thanks
