Problems with ADSL modem

I have some weird problem with my ADSL modem. When no the connection isn't in use every thing seems to be working fine (all the lights are on and green), but in the moment that data is passing through, it seems to be loosing sync. With the line and then disconnects.What is more likely, that the problem is with the modem or with the line?

Well, a few questions : 1.Do your ADSL always used to do this or is it new? 2.Which company are you connected with?

I would suggest trying your ADSL company because normally the lines are prepared to transfer data information.. thus I feel contacting your company is a good idea.. hope they got a good support system.. Wink

hi lior, thanks for your answer. 

as you advised i contacted my ISP. they fixed it on the next day. the problem was a bad line or something similar to that. 

Now everything seems to be working fine.
