i have verizon dsl, and for some reason i can only access the web thru certain log-ons on my computer. when i open the web on a certain log-on, it just crashes my computer. why does this happen, and what can i do to fix it?

Did you try checking your settings on that username login? Try checking your settings and if everything looks ok, you should take the computer to a computer store (like Best Buy or Circuit City) to have it looked at as it could be a virus.
