no. The Ultimate Warrior's outfit and all were copyrighted by him. This isn't always the case. Often, the character is owned by the wrestling association, but the more successful are owned by the wrestlers. The only exception would have been if Von erich was playing some kind of trick, with the warrior's knowledge and permission, but I don't know of this happening and I've been following wrestling since the 60s.
