The whole thing.  That is the main point for HIPPA.  Summary of HIPPA, is that your doctor (and staff) cannot relay anything about you.  This means if spouses or family members want  info they cannot receive it unless you sign off that they are allowed.  If another doctor's office wants info on you, you must sign a release.  If it is life threatening, a hospital can receive your records from another hospital.  That is the basic summary.
