I have a HP 2400 Series Printer. I am having trouble getting it to read the computer messages. I have a message that says that says the messages are being blocked by some firewall I believe. I dont have a clue what they are talking about. I cannot find a disk if I ever had one or a book. I cant believe that they are not where they should if I ever had them. Can anyone tell me what to do to get help. I need my printer so very bad. Mildred McDanie.
