Do you think it is possible to carry 6 x 30ml bottles of printer refill ink within your hand luggage. I don't know if ink is classed as being a dangerous subject.
Most airport security personnel don't take chances and will not allow you to take any liquid aboard aircraft.
Good Morning Rosie. Many thanks for taking the trouble to answer my question. I live in Spain but I am visiting the UK next week and I am having some printer ink refill kits delivered to a relatives address. I guess I will have to post them to Spain which will probably, still be cheaper than buying them here. P.S. Don't know how I did it but I crossed the words 'substance' and 'objects' and came up with dangerous 'subjects'. Let's hope we don't come across any of them either.
Regards Mike.

Any liquid is regarded as a possible flamatory fluid and they don't want anything aboard can in anyway way compromise the safety of the aircraft and passengers, because they can't guarantee what the fluid is, they won't allow anything on in any substantial quantity. They are even cracking down on baby bottles here in Australia.
