Who takes over if both President Bush and President Cheney both die? What amendment is that?
In case both President and Vice President were incapacitated, died, resigned or removed from office (by impeachment), the next in the line of succession is the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Currently, this position is held by Nancy Pelosi.
The line of succession's foundations are set in the 20th ammendment and the 25th ammendment of the US Constitution, and is completed by the Presidential Succession Act of 1947.

The measure of
Speaker of the House....don't know any more details....but having the "witch" who made it as the first "woman" to be 'Speaker of the House' brings into play how scary that fact is.
I think the list is silly and that the president should make the list they choose, it seems silly to me that if two duely elected republicans die then we'll have a democrat for president...That aint right. I would wqnt condoleeza but she's like fifth in line.
