President Bi Racial Obama

I am annoyed with all thr reference to Barack Obama being the first Black (African American) president. When is he going to step up to the plate, show respect  forhis white Mother and white Grandparents who raised him, and acknowledge he is a Bi Racial President. Newspapers, magazines shirts, plates etc are all making money off this false interpretation. Let him start off his presidency being honest.

Obama did talk about his mother and grandparents being white or caucasion if prefer, It is the media running with the African American theme. No other president has had to get up there and state thier race why should he? How about this, his race, my race, your race, OUR race is the HUMAN RACE! I myself agree that everyone is targeting the fact that he is African American, and I feel well he is half white also, but like I said  it is not him doing it , it is the media. Not once have I seen or heard him say I am just African American.

The thing is I voted for obama because of the diffrence he can make, the diffrence he will make for the my childrens future.  He was voted on his merits and the achievements he has had while serving for the goverment, his words are of hope; I just dont like to see hime cheapen it by playing the race card.  He is an american just like everyone else, i thought that was what the civil rights movement was about, that people wouldnt be judged nor described based on the color of their skin. Yes it is wonderful to be proud of your heritage, but their is another color/race that is apart of him.

In reference to the question above. We have heard most or all of our lives, if there is one drop of black blood in a person, they are considered black. It seems that's what people are relating that to! Although, his mother was caucasian and his father was black, we must remember, there is only one race, and that's the human race. He's human and he is also American. So, he is a part of you and us. We all have something to be proud of!

Don't be upset, pray about things you are unhappy about and you will feel so much better. Everything is going to be all right! At least he's not racist. He's going to do an excellent job, but you have some that wants to see results in one day. smh!

I saw a reporter ask President Obama, what race is he? Mr. President said, he's an American, which is true. With all of the different nationality at the Inauguration, President Obama said, he felt like, he was a part of all of us. That was so profound.

God doesn't see color nor race, that is man-made worldly talk! What if God was prejudice, racist with hatred in His heart like all the blogs, I've read about President Obama? Man looks at the outer apperance and God looks at the heart.

For the people who read this reply, that don't believe in God. I would rather live my life if though, there is a God and die and find out it isn't, than to live my life, if though there is no God, than to die and find out there is! My, my, it's too late for you then!

May God bless you, and May God bless America. Pray for the President & his family, whether you like him or not, and remember, God is in control. Everyday you wake up is a gift from God. Peace!

Research shows that he is in fact only about 6% what we call African i.e negro african. He is 50% white caucasian and 44% Arab of north african descent. His lineage has absolutely no connection with slaves from "darkest" Africa except that his ancestors were given the right to trade in and own negro slaves by the then Queen of England who ruled that area at the time. So - short answer is YOU ARE CORRECT he is NOT the 1st African American President he is the first "mullato" President.

In answer to earlier post - he has almost no experience of government he did not even complete his first term of office as a senator, so please, no more bxllshxt about you voted for his experience.  You voted for him because you see him as black, you see him as the great Democrat who will bring the God of Socialism to the USA and you see him as your Messiah (just like the Germans did with Herr Hitler in 1933 - 1939) He might turn out the greatest ever - he might fall at the first hurdle but please at least be honest! He is just a man!

The people were sold a president, American Idol style, with a bunch of flash, fancy talk, and Bling. He even came with his own slogan, so all the braindead sheep out there would have something to chant. " yes we can, yes we can." And boy you sure did. If you're a gun owner, and you voted for Obama, guess what, when he was just a senetor  here in Illinois he voted for a State Wide Gun ban, So, Kiss  your liberty and your gun rights goodbye. Maybe  you should have done some research. "Yes we can." "Change you can believe in" The ones who ran around and chanted this should have just voted for Larry the Cable guy.."Get'r done..." Get out from infront of your tv's for a while.
