Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

One good advise: Prepare a "mind map": Take a sheet of paper, draw a circle in the middle and write in the circle: What do they expect from me ?.  Get as many answers as you can.  Now arrange the answers in a sequence of importance and learn it well !.  By now you'll know what to answer (But don't lie !!!!).
Best regards,

Evaluate Yourself: Evaluation by the individuals themselves is necessary to find out their shortcomings. Aspirants who face a job interview require confidence in their skill sets and abilities. Your skill sets are your USP. Brush up your knowledge and get yourself updated with the latest in your field. You have to realize that you are called for the interview because your resume informed the interviewer about your proficiency in various skills.

Knowledge of Employer: It is imperative to get complete information about your interviewer. It is essential because you can expect questions about the nature of activities of the interviewer. If it is some organization, you need to know its business interests, its performance, its position in the relevant field, the management structure, their hiring policy, their corporate behavior, etc.

Update your resume - You update it with your latest acquired skills and activities. You can present a new resume at the time of interview. The resume should follow a standard format which the interviewer can easily recognize. Don't experiment with any modern look for the resume. It should be neat and well-formatted document with minimal frills. The tables, whenever necessary, should be compact with basic features.

Always carry the original papers and sheets for authentication purposes.
