Well i had my Mirena  removed in August to have another baby.I had the same problems i had every sign or pregnancy,went to the doctors and the took my blood and found out it was my hormones because your body has to get back to normal.Because your body was so used to having the birth control in ,that your hormones will do that.But i did bleed a few days after it was removed and it was from it being removed.It can take up to a few months before you have a normal period.I was lucky and had a normal one the next month.Which was painful and very heavy.I guess because i had it in for two years.I hope that this helps.But you can wait a little while longer and take another test.
