Pregnant Marine's Murder

While watching CNN News and reading the headlines posted throughout the web by internet providers, do you think Laurean's wife knew anything about the paint-job cover-up in her home, the pregnant Marine's murder and the burning of her body in her backyard?  If you're not familiar with the story (by now) you can read it here------->www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/01/12/national/main3704319.shtml?source=RSSattr=HOME_3704319

For me there has not been enough evidence or information given on the wife. So at this point it is hard to say if she knew.

As Jack Webb used to say "just the facts ma'am"

But it will be interesting to learn if she knew or not.

There is no question that Cpl. Laurean's wife knew about the pending assault and harassment charges against her husband. Did she know his accuser was pregnant as a result of the assault? Obviously, that wouldn't be a fact easily hidden in a military community by either of them. The military esp the Marine Corps is a very small community compared to the general public and of course word and speculation travel fast. Was his wife involved with or compliciate in him murder of Lance Cpl Lauterbach? Only time will tell.

Sheriff Brown has promised that this case would have many twists and turns and so far it has. I have heard through alternate news sources that the wife is the one who turned her husband in after she returned home from seeing family and found a note regarding his leaving that also included comments citing a face to face "suicide" by Lance Cpl. Lauterbach. She most likely knew that he had painted and such in the house but that doesn't mean she knew he was doing to cover up a crime. I mean really, the BTK's killed women right and left for over 15 years and his wife never had a clue.

I'm wondering if the suspect's wife did the murder? Maybe, the marine and the suspect was taking off together and the wife found out. Eveyone is looking at him anyway, she could play it off like he did it and get away with it. That's my opinion. It seems odd to me that she would buy a bus ticket to Texas. If he was around and she went to buy it, why not give someone a hint to what was going on? I just don't get it.

Fancy, I fancy (like) your opinion.  I was just commenting in an e-mail that I think Maria may have been running away with Cesar.  I also don't see any other reason why Maria would purchase a ticket for Texas, unless it was to be with Cesar.  I think that when the ticket was purchased, Cesar was given the PIN to the ATM by Maria, which is how he was able to use it later.  I think this is why she left a note to say she was leaving her domicile.   Now consider this:  they planned to leave while the wife was at Christmas Party, but the wife, being insecure, left the party.  Afterall, it is reported that she confronted Maria and called her the b--- word.  Maybe Maria and Cesar were caught planning to run in that garage and the wife went beserk with a crow-bar and may have been the person to turn it in as evidence.  I read in the Ohio newspaper, and I viewed the search warrant affidavit, and it was reported that the neighbors, the Alanders saw Christina painting days in advance of the body being discovered.. What strikes me as odd is the fact that Christina, in the affidavit said, ..."the plan failed..."  Could she have been decribing Cesar & Maria's plans?  Could she have really been describing herself, when speaking of how angry Maria had gotten.  Oh boy--this is truely a who-done it?  Finally, wouldn't it be odd that Christina actually committed the murder and Cesar, whom may have pregnated another woman and caused all of this drama is not the murderer but feels he owes Christina?  What a thought.  But as my Yedda buddy Tiptopmanager typed to paraphrase Jack Webb,  "...just the facts ma'am, " and I'm truely waiting for this one.  Anyhow, these are just my thoughts and opinions, and every one is innocent until proven guilty.

MY inferiority complex isn't as good as YOURS

Of course she knew! The wife ALWAYS knows and even if she was the brainless swine she's pretending to be,I assume it would be glaringly obvious if someone had been murdered and cremated in you're own backyard.Even Forrest Gump could figure that one out. What a slag.

I feel so awful for that poor girl. She was trashed in the media by her own family and then killed by who MIGHT BE the father of her unborn child! It's disgusting.
