The simple answer is Yes you can. Each woman varies based on hormone levels but although the chances are lower, you have to remember that sperm last 3 days in your body and there is a chance that whilst you are having your period, another egg could be released from your 2nd ovary and therefore you can get pregnant.
So, do not take the risk.
