A:I dont know alot about ivf but it could be the implantation bleeding. If the blood test is positive and hpt neg it may just be the test isnt very sensitive or good quality, things like that. If your soaking through pads that would be too much blood. Progesterone can mimic pregnancy symtoms too. I hope this all works out for you and best wishes.
