Prefab fireplace door gasket

Can a pefab fireplace glass doors be gasketed between the two outside doors and the metal frame. Would this help with the air flow going out the chimney and make the wood burn more efficient.

Only if they are designed to fit your fireplace. There are differances between models and manufactures, Be sure to get the right one.
