RE: Practice of Reiki

I have a friend who used to do it. She said it helped and it even worked on a broken car once! I don't remember the details but I can find out.

RE: Practice of Reiki

From my experience, when I was taking care of my mother at home, a lady used to come and do reiki on me it would relax me so much and would take the stress away. It's very good for people with fibromyalgia which is one of the health issues that I have. She also showed me how to do it on myself. And ever since I've been doing it to calm my fibromyalgia flareups. I love it!!
