Powerful recruitment software

I am looking for a software program that will help our organization hire people more effciently. In particular we look for software that can match job requirements with candidates, screen applicants and automatically match candidates who have applied in the past. Is there something like this?

Have you have a look at HRS Pro from Cordis Technologies.   www.hrspro.co.uk  Amazing software that used to be owned by Sublime solutions. Runs native on Macs and comes with a free copy of FileMaker 9.

I have found that electronic "matching" software availabel from third party vendors such as Monster are just not good enough. Your best bet is to be creative in your postings and review the candidates.

Develop it your self. There are a lot of help sofeware, D- base logic. that you can write your self, and you can set all the points of interest that you are looking for , and flags that you set. are for you and your company,s needs. very basic.
