There are more and more softwares like this to find.

Propably in next generation, electronic device  will go to work in place of a man.

And the man will program a TV to be muted automatically, during commercial ads. Even the TV may be oredered to write the prog itself for that vol control.

If you are after Automatic matching there is no one like Redmatch.

I heared that even though they are most active within Newspapers, it suits very much organizations and give them a cost effective solution!

This will be another example of WEB application which will move deep into the organization.

I found a set of psychmetric tests geared for the particular aptitudes we were searching for, worked wonders for us. Of course, these should be accompanied before and after by interviews conducted by experienced people.

If you are a large organization products like Vurv (www.vurve.com) would be worth a look. Bond's StarSearcher (www.starsearcherats.com) is another. If you are a smaller organization Bond has a product called eEmpACT that may be a fit.

It's actually a fairly fragmented market with a number of interesting products. Just do a Google search on "Applicant Tracking System" and you'll see what I mean.

You really should look for some source of fairly independant review to help narrow down to a short list of potential products. ere.net is one source I'm aware of. should israeli hospitals be semi privitised where govt would have 70 ppercent holdings and private investors 40 percent holdings
