Power windows

Ref:  1994 Buick Park Avenue 2.8L 127k miles

Two of the power windows sometimes work and sometimes do not.  Are there any solutions to solving this short of a very expensive trip to the dealer?

This is not uncommon. First, if you live in a area of high humidity, regular cleanings of the contact surfaces of the of the window drive units will be required. I am referring to the electrical switches that control the windows. Sometimes you can just expose them from inside the door panel, armrest, or center console and give them a shot of PUREtronics contact cleaner. It is used for high end curcuit board cleaning and it won't leave a residue.  I hope this has helped?  Hotrodcollingham
