Recipe for Old Fashioned Potato Candy, made with 1 ...

Recipe for Old Fashioned Potato Candy, made with 1 med. boiled potato, margarine, vanilla, powdered  

I have found a couple of recipes for this candy but my Mom  also used margarine in her recipe and these don't. I have forgotten how much margarine and when was it added to potato mixture? Please help!
