Post IUI 2WW

Its 10 days post my IUI. I dont have any strong pg symptoms so far except that my temparature is little high in the mornings. But, I have slight cramping for the past 3 - 4 days and feeling that my period is on the way, though its early for me as compared to my normal cycles. Still do I have chance? The 2ww is driving me crazy...
