MRI would have shown sighns of head trauma, but sometimes there are neuropsychological simptoms that don't show in MRI or CT.

A known simptom of head trauma is the appearance of sleep disorders

So first I would recomend to undergo a neuropsychological diagnosis - after head trauma, and second she sould go to a sleep clinic.

It is good to check, and if there are only sleep disorderd, it is usually treatable.
