I think you can try , here is a great recipe too. If you are prepearing chops, then I use a sheet of foil. Once the pork chops are fully cooked, let them rest on top of the stove for about 3 to 5 minutes. Make sure they are covered with a sheet of foil. This will allow juices to freely flow through the meat, making them juicier and tender.
