Hi, Dee! My family love this. Salt & pepper the pork chops and place in baking pan. Cut up one large onion and place on top. Drain one can of sauerkraut (sp?) and place on top of chops and onion. Seal with foil and bake 30-40  minutes in 375 preheated oven. They come out moist and never dry! Buon appetit', Lynn
