Porbation Violation ( will not guilty or acquittal) be enough to free me

If I am placed in jail for a probation violation (which was false allegations of assault) and then Im found not guilty at jury trial can I be freed and put back on proabation since Im technically not in violation ?

Offense and than some and further probation after you get out. The criminal justice system now has probation officer and see what can be worked out before you are picked up. If you are picked up Then you violated your probation and now will have to serve the original sentence in prison/jail
