As answered previously, there is NO conflict of interest.
1. The candidate does not decide where the polling place is to be located.
2. Any money [and in a lot of cases there is none] given is a standard amount.
3. The candidate do not, nor does the church, exercise any control of the polling place. They do not grant, deny, or impede access.
4. In fact changing the polling place because of a candidate's connection would likely involve spending more money, confusing voters, and disrupting the election.
